This website www.champions.club (the “Site”), including the mobile site and Smartphone App Platforms such as iOS, Android, and Windows, is published and maintained by Champions Club Private Limited (“Champions Club”), a company incorporated and existing in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India (together with its subsidiaries and other affiliates, “us”, “We”, “our” or “Champions Club”).
By accessing or using the Site or by using the Service on the Site, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions set forth below, including any additional guidelines and future modifications. Your Agreement to these Terms and Conditions for Availing Service

Champions Club acts as an “Intermediary” solely to assist customers in gathering travel information, determining the availability of travel-related products and services, making legitimate reservations, or otherwise transacting business with travel suppliers and for facilitating travel requirements. You acknowledge that Champions Club is merely acting in a limited role as an agent of the service providers offering their services on the Champions Club platform and that Champions Club merely provides intermediary services in order to facilitate services to you.
For availing the services on the Site or Champions Club Platform, Champions Club reserves the right to charge certain fees in the nature of convenience fees or service fees in addition to the cost of booking as charged by the service providers.
Champions Club further reserves the right to alter any and all fees from time to time. Any such additional fees, including fees towards any modifications thereof, will be displayed to the customer before confirming the booking or collecting the payment from such a customer. In the event of short charging of the booking amount, taxes, statutory fee, convenience fee, etc., owing to any technical error or other reasons, Champions Club shall reserve the right to deduct, charge, or claim the balance amount from the customer and the customer shall pay such balance amount to Champions Club.
In the event where the short charge is claimed prior to the utilization of the booking, Champions Club will be at liberty to cancel such bookings if the amount is not paid before the utilization date. Champions Club is not responsible for any refunds in connection with any services offered by any person on the Champions Club platform (except for passing on such refunds when received from such persons to customers), other than refunds of convenience fees paid to Champions Club for the services it provides to customers (subject to such refund requests being in compliance with these Terms and Conditions and with the terms of theapplicable ticket/booking). Use of the Website
As a condition of your use of this Website, you warrant that:
You possess the legal authority to create a binding legal obligation and enter into these Terms of Use.
You will use this Website in accordance with the Terms of Use.
You will use this Website to make only legitimate reservations for you or for another person for whom you are legally authorized to act.

You will provide your proper and accurate Name (as per Passport or any other official ID), Address, Email ID, and Cell Number. You will be solely responsible for the information provided and in case of any error or mistake in the provision of information, Champions Club will not be liable for the same.
All information supplied by you on this Website is true, accurate, current, and complete.
If you have an online account with this Website, you will safeguard your login details – login ID and password and will supervise the same.
You will be completely responsible for any use or misuse of your account by you and anyone other person other than you.
Champions Club retains the right in its sole discretion to deny access to anyone to this Website and the services we offer, at any time without notice and for any reason, including, but not limited to, for violation of these Terms of Use.
Communication Policy of the Site
Upon transacting on the Site, you will receive an email from Champions Club informing the status of your transaction. The email will be sent to the email address provided by you and Champions Club is not responsible for the receipt of the said email in your inbox. You will have to take due care and caution. You are responsible for entering the proper and accurate contact details including your name (as per Passport), email ID to ensure that we can effectively communicate with you. The customer acknowledges that the SMS (Short Messaging Service) provided by Champions Club is an additional facility provided for the customer’s convenience. It is not mandatory under the law in force to provide SMS service alerts to the customers. In case you do not receive any SMS for whatsoever reason, Champions Club is not liable for the same. Champions Club is not responsible to provide information on any change in flight schedules, cancellation, refund, status of airline/hotel/villa/resort, etc., and bears no liability in respect of any such changes. Any grievance regarding the service should be communicated as per the grievance policy laid out herein.

This Site is only for your personal use. You shall not copy, license, adapt, distribute, exchange, modify, sell, or transmit any content or material from this Site, including but not limited to any text, images, audio, video, or links for any business, commercial or public purpose.

Availability, Rules of Service
The products and services displayed on the Site may not be available for purchase in your particular country or locality. The reference to such products and services on the Site does not imply or warrant that these products or services will be available at any time in your particular geographical location. The products and services also are subject to availability, Champions Club shall not be responsible if at any point of time any product or service is not available to be booked. In case any service is booked by the customer and subsequently becomes unavailable,Champions Club shall make every reasonable effort to notify the customer of suchunavailability and cancel the booking.
Champions Club will not be liable for any such cancellations and the customer cannot claim damages for such cancellations. Customers are not allowed to re-sell, modify, or distribute the products or services available on the Site for any business or commercial purpose.

This Site, the content, and services on this site are provided on an "as is" basis.
Champions Club, to the fullest extent permitted by law, disclaims all warranties, including the warranty of merchantability, non-infringement of third parties' rights, and the warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. Promotions / Offers / Schemes / Contests / Campaigns
Please note that in case of any Promotions/Offers/Schemes/Contests/Campaigns (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Campaigns”), the following terms and conditions will apply in addition to the regular terms and conditions of Champions Club mentioned hereinabove. Specific Campaigns will run for the specified period only. Customers can choose to opt-out of such Campaigns at any point in time.
Champions Club reserves the right to alter/modify/withdraw any Campaign or its terms without any prior intimation. Customers cannot claim or demand any compensation/benefit in case of any Campaign is withdrawn before the specified timeline.
Payment Options
Champion Club uses third-party payment providers to receive payments from users. Champions Club is not responsible for delays or erroneous transaction execution or cancellation of orders due to payment issues. Champions Club takes utmost care to work with third-party payment providers, but does not control their systems, processes, technology, and workforces. In case of payment issues arising due to any of these factors, Champions Club shall not be responsible for any such issues.
Visa Obligations of the User
The travel bookings done by Champions Club are subject to the applicable requirements of Visa, which are to be obtained by the individual traveler.
Champions Club is not responsible for any issues, including inability to travel, arising due to rejection or delay of Visa applications. The user should ensure that they have the appropriate Visa for travel.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Champions Club, its affiliates, and any of their officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and costs (including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys' fees and court costs), arising out of or relating to your breach of these Terms and Conditions, or your access to or use of the Site. The foregoing indemnity obligation will survive the termination of these Terms and Conditions and your use of the Site.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Champions Club, its affiliates, or any of their officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages whatsoever arising under or as a result of these Terms and Conditions, or your use of or inability to use the Site, or services or content on the Site, even if Champions Club has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
